The Department of Public Works - Roads Division advises the public that the Wilson Road Bridge will be temporarily closed for repairs beginning Monday, July 1, 2024. The closure will continue through Friday, July 5, 2024. The bridge contracting firm will be milling and paving on June 25th and June 26th in preparation for bridge construction work. During the milling and paving phase, flaggers will be on site and the bridge will be open to traffic.
An alternate route for traffic during the closure includes Wilson Corona Road to West Virginia Route 90 and Corona Bayard Road.
