Primary Functions
- Maintains General Ledger for Garrett County Government County including all county departments and enterpise funds.
- Receives and records all revenue other than property taxes.
- Responsible for the review and payment of all invoices.
- Processes the bi-weekly payroll for the Garrett County Government.
- Integral part of establishing County budget.
