The public is advised that starting the week of September 21, 2020, the Garrett County Department of Public Works - Roads Division will begin milling Swanton Road from the intersection of Route 495 to the CSX railroad tracks. This work is being completed in preparation for paving this section of the roadway.
It is requested that the public refrain from parking any vehicles on this section of roadway between the hours of 6:30 a.m. through 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
It is anticipated that all work, including paving, will be completed by Friday, October 2, 2020.
